Place of Posting

Candidates selected through NBP Field Officer Jobs 2026 may be posted in any of the following cities:

Faisalabad | Hyderabad | Islamabad | Lahore | Mardan | Multan | Muzaffarabad A.K | Quetta | Sibi | Sukkur | Swat

Selected candidates must serve at their initial posting location for a minimum of 3 years. No transfer requests will be accepted during this period.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university or institute (local or international)
  • Candidates with an LLB degree will be preferred

Age:

  • Maximum 27 years as on the last date of application submission

Experience:

  • Relevant experience is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of recoveries and collections via litigation process
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Duties & Responsibilities

As part of NBP Field Officer Jobs 2026, the selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:

  1. Maintain thorough knowledge of Court procedures related to banking recovery cases
  2. Visit allocated Courts daily to escalate recovery suits and resolve cases within prescribed timelines
  3. Update the Bank’s internal system and ensure Court compliance with relevant departments on a daily basis
  4. Follow up with concerned units regularly to speed up the litigation process
  5. Avoid unnecessary adjournments through active and timely coordination with lawyers
  6. Monitor all Bank cases — filed by or against the Bank — to protect the Bank’s legal and financial interests
  7. Meet assigned recovery litigation targets efficiently
  8. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor(s)
